CCM Solutions is an IT Recruitment Agency with a difference. We do not advertise jobs directly on our website as we prefer to use Contractors or Permanent personnel that we have previously worked with, or who have passed our interview and technical tests. Having worked in the IT industry for many years, both as permanent employees and Contractors we were aware of the issues surrounding many existing IT Recruitment Agencies - the main one being that most agents know very little about the IT industry, and very little about asking the correct questions to ensure that the end client only receives CV's for staff that have the relevant skills for the advertised post. Our IT staff therefore come pre-vetted.

With over 35 years of experience within the IT industry, our Directors have access to a database of "known" permanent and contract staff who we have previously worked with, or that have been recommended to us. Consultants that we do not know have to pass an internal interview and technical test prior to us putting their CV's forward. Clients and consultants can therefore go to the interview stage with the knowledge that they both have the same idea about the role being offered. This saves the Client time on wasted interview slots for consultants with the wrong skills, and saves the consultant from potentially losing money to take time off for an interview where their skillset is not correct.
